*Bauer Haus, a German white w**e with semi-sweet flavor, medium body, and bright acidity.

*Dreambird, a Pinot Noir; a Romanian red w**e with black cherry, raspberry, cinnamon, and subtle spice, plus smooth tannins.

Welcome to Wh***ey Flight Wednesday!

This Week features a Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight bourbon at 80 proof, with sweet notes of vanilla and caramel corn, hints of fruit or cherry, and a light mouthfeel of vanilla, caramel, and peppery wood spice.

Next is K**b Creek 9-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon. This sits at 100 proof, with a sweet but woodsy scent and a robust aroma of brown sugar, toasted nuts, and oak, with a rich palate of caramel, vanilla, and a warm, lingering finish.

Finally, we have Booker's Bourbon, an uncut, unfiltered small-batch Kentucky Straight bourbon sitting at 122.4 proof, known for bold, rich flavors featuring prominent notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted nuts, oak, and brown sugar.

We open Thursday at 4 pm. So come in and try this week's flight.

This week we will be open regular hours on Thursday from 4-9 pm, and Friday 4-10 pm.

We will be closed Saturday, so staff can spend time with friends and family to enjoy the holiday weekend!
