From all of us at Marco Dino’s we must take the time to inform everyone that effective Saturday, December 20th, we will be ceasing operations at Marco Dino’s. Regular menu will be available until Sunday December 14th. We will be doing pairing dinners the 18th-20th for a final chance for guests to have a fun event with us. This decision was made by all of us here at Marco Dino’s. We feel at this time it is best to move in this direction. We don’t know what the future will hold and hope to revive Marco Dino’s in the future but we are looking forward to a well deserved break. We thank everyone for the amazing memories. We have laughed with you all, cried with you all and shared many awesome experiences with so many of you and we are grateful for the loyalty and the opportunity to include all of you in our family. We will miss you all and hope if new opportunities arise, we can bring our entire extended family along with us for another journey. On a personal note, for the past six years I have been here and have made so many friends. People I can call my extended family. I can’t thank all of you enough for your support and love. I will always cherish those times and hope for many more wonderful memories in the future. As for my staff both past and present, I couldn’t have done any of this without you. My current staff Jacob, Ken, Gleema, Amy, Alli, and Heather have all been so amazing and supportive to this restaurant and to bringing my dream and standards to life. I can’t thank you enough. My sous chef Rikki has been with us since Marco Dino’s opening and has grown so much over the past years. I watched him go from a kid to a man and I love him like a little brother. He has done so much for us I could never put into words his loyalty to Marco Dino’s and to me personally. Without him, Marco Dino’s wouldn’t have been what it was. For the past four years Katie has been with us she went from a server to our manager and has done an amazing job. Without her smile and wonderful way of treating everyone like family we wouldn’t have been as successful as we were. I love her for being there for us over the years and hold her highly responsible for a large portion of our success. Everyone has sacrificed so much over the years and it has been an honor to work with everyone. Thank you all again for the opportunity to let us invite you into our family. We love you all. Please share this post with those you think might want the information. We do suggest reservations for the last week of regular menu service and for the pairing dinners obviously.
