As a young retiree Dean needed something to keep him out of mischief so the Sanford Whippy Dip fit the bill! Upgrading quantity, quality and customer service was one of Dean's top priorities and changes in his new business. Davis said, "In the sall town where I grew up we had a fantastic Whippy Dip and I want to create one that is even better!" "We also want to be involved in the community we serve."
