Strawberry Lamington bento cake, an Australian/New Zealand classic. The Lamington cake has originated in Australia and a popular treat across the country.This style cake can be made in different variations , but traditionally a yellow sponge cake ,covered in chocolate and coated with cocunut ,many times filled with rasberry jam🩷 My version is a sponge cake coated in Strawberry jelly, covered in cocunut. The cake layers are brushed with strawberry jelly, filled with jam and whipped cream🍦🍰 this cake has a fruity and tropical ,light flavor, with a sponge cake that melts in your mouth😍 it is so moist and perfect for picnics, celebrations and events. My pleasure is to service my community with my delicious creations and be a staple for any events.
