Yesterday was definitely one for the books. Our Dippos POS system went down nationwide, and to say it made for a rough day would be an understatement. We appreciate the company’s sincere apology and transparency as they worked through the issue.

👉Most importantly, we want to give a huge THANK YOU to our incredible baristas. They worked so hard, stayed calm under pressure, and did everything they could to make sure our customers were taken care of and happy. We are so proud of our team.💞

👉And to our amazing customers — thank you for your patience, kindness, and support while we navigated the chaos and stayed open through it all. Your grace meant more than you know.

We say it often, but we truly love our Sanford and DeBary communities. Even on difficult days, we are reminded that what we do goes far beyond coffee. We trust that all things work together for good, and we are grateful to walk through both the highs and lows with this incredible community. ❤️☕
