We tried our best to save the place but the last 4 weeks someone which is supposed to be an investor played us around !
So if you know someone which know someone can help us raise this 12.000 :
- we will secure the capital on a lien on the LLC if needed.
- we will provide 18% interest as per Florida law on $12.000 capital,
- we will give you 50% food discount forever.
- we will give you 25% discount for 5 of your best friends.
- we already paid in advance 650$ to draft the loan contract.
- we agree to pay you back 1000$/1500$ every week until debt is cleared off.
If we can’t find solutions this week-end, we will definitely have to close as our landlord already sent us eviction letter and want us to give back the place, it’s sad but it is what it is…we really tried to fight covid for 2 years then The first crasy inflation end of 2021 and now its even worst inflation since March 2022.
