As our General Manager, Kayden gets ready to leave us for law school, we’re starting the search for experienced people who are ready to step into a big role at Brick City Boba.

We’re looking for applicants 18+ with restaurant/barista experience who are dependable, confident, hardworking, and comfortable taking on responsibility in a busy shop. Leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and good availability are a huge plus.

This particular role is for experienced applicants only, and pay will be based on that.

We want someone who can help keep the shop running smoothly, support the team, maintain our standards, and grow with us as BCB enters its next chapter.

Happy birthday to the guy who keeps Brick City Boba running behind the scenes!

Kyle handles so much of what keeps our shop going every day. He personally orders our ingredients from Taiwan, fixes anything that breaks or leaks, hangs the signs, answers the alarm calls, and even steps in as security when we need him.

He may not always be the face you see behind the counter, but he plays a huge part in keeping everything running smoothly.

Fall menu starts Monday also,

Thank you so much for all of your feedback, kind words, and continued support. We truly appreciate everyone who takes the time to share their thoughts with us.

We see businesses share their experiences and perspectives all the time, and we wanted to be transparent about ours as well. Our intention was never to call anyone out, but to open a conversation about supply and demand, rising costs, supplier shortages, and some of the challenges businesses are facing in today’s economy. We only want to spread positivity never negativity.

We know we won’t be perfect 100% of the time. We will have busy days, we may occasionally run out of something, and there will always be areas where we can improve.

At the same time, we’re human. When you pour your heart, time, energy, and so much of yourself into a business, sometimes those emotions pour over too.

We hear you, we appreciate you, and we are incredibly thankful for the people who continue to support BCB. We’ll keep working extra hard to stay ahead of supply and demand, improve where we can, and continue giving our community the very best experience possible. ❤️

Such a great night with almost the entire BCB crew! 🤍

We spent the evening getting to know each other a little better, going over all the details of our new menus, and most importantly, giving every team member the opportunity to share their ideas. We talked about ways we can continue improving BCB for our customers and ways we can be better for the people who work here every day.

One thing we really focused on was customer service and the overall experience you have when you walk through our doors. At BCB, every part of your visit matters to us. We want this to be more than just a place you stop for a drink. We want it to be a place where everyone feels welcome, included, and genuinely happy to be here.

Thank you for continuing to support us, grow with us, and trust us to make your favorite coffee, tea, smoothie, ice cream, and more. We appreciate every single person who chooses to spend a little part of their day with us.

Our canned drinks have officially made their way to Shops on Main! 💛

You can now grab our lemonades and Arnold Palmers while you shop around this adorable new spot filled with goodies from local vendors, including food, clothing, gifts and more.

We love seeing another small business open up right near us, and we’re so excited they wanted to carry a little piece of Brick City Boba too. 🧋✨
