🌿 A Little Pineapple Sea Moss Deal for Today! 🍍

I have ONE 16-ounce container of pineapple sea moss gel available today. I made a few containers for a customer on Friday and had some left over, so I went ahead and processed all of it before rehydrating a new batch.

Just to be completely transparent, it’s packaged in a 16-ounce deli container rather than our usual mason jar. It was made Friday, is still fresh, and should remain that way for at least another week or two when properly refrigerated. You can also freeze it for at least six months—probably considerably longer.

For some reason, pineapple has occasionally been fermenting sooner than our other flavors, so I’d rather see this container go home with someone today:

🍍 And if you’re one of our frequent visitors and stop in for a couple of smoothies or açaí bowls, there’s a pretty good chance I’ll just give it to you!

We’re back and ready to start the week with fresh cold-pressed juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, wraps, sea moss and plenty of other good stuff!

A quick note about our large bottles of Miracle Juice: we don’t keep many ready during the hotter months because they don’t sell quite as quickly. If you’d like one—or several—just give us a call. We can generally have them freshly made and ready within a couple of hours.

Today’s simple health tip: Try to eat a variety of colors throughout the week. Different-colored fruits and vegetables provide different vitamins, antioxidants and beneficial plant compounds—so mix it up whenever you can! 🌈

🌞 GOOD MORNING, SANFORD!

I apologize to anyone who stopped by earlier and found us closed. Car trouble on my way to the produce market put me behind, but we’re officially open now! 🥤🌱

Stop by for a delicious smoothie or fresh juice. With school back in session—and busy schedules and seasonal germs returning—it’s also a great time for your quarterly cleanse and to fill your body with fresh, nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables.

Today’s healthy reminder: Don’t try to change everything overnight. Start by adding more protein, fiber, water and whole foods. Those good choices gradually leave less room for habits working against your goals. Consistency beats perfection!

Many of you have followed my weight-loss journey. Since starting this latest chapter at the beginning of the year, I’ve surpassed my original goal and now weigh between 170 and 175 pounds with a 30-inch waist—about where I was when I graduated high school!

Over the past decade, I’ve tried and researched many approaches to weight loss. I’ve learned what helped, what didn’t and what I wish someone had explained to me earlier. Even if you’re not interested in buying a cleanse—or anything at all—I’m always happy to share what I’ve learned.

I also stay informed about GLP-1s, peptides and emerging treatments like retatrutide, which could become a game changer in weight management. I recently accepted a position with Axis Biologics, giving me access to even more knowledge and resources. Axis sells only to licensed doctors and clinics—I’m not selling these products directly to the public or replacing your doctor. But if you’re curious, I can help explain the terminology and research in a down-to-earth way and suggest questions to ask your healthcare provider.

☀️ IT’S A BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY IN DOWNTOWN SANFORD — COME SPEND THE DAY WITH US! ☀️

Days like today are exactly why we love being part of Downtown Sanford. The weather is beautiful, it’s Sunday, and there’s really no better excuse to get out of the house, walk around downtown and support some locally owned businesses.

And while we’d absolutely love to see you at Raw Press Juice Co., today we want to encourage you to make a day of it and visit some of our neighbors too.

Downtown Sanford has SO MUCH to offer, and these are just a few of my personal favorites:

🐟 Current Seafood Counter — Fantastic fresh fish and consistently great food. One of my favorites is the Caesar salad with blackened mahi. The dressing is homemade and the fish seems to come out perfectly every single time.

🍕 Slam Pizza & Cheesesteaks — If you’re craving a good NY-style slice, Slam’s is an easy choice. Grab a slice and keep exploring.

🏍️ Ace Cafe — Burgers, wings and more in a really unique atmosphere filled with vintage motorcycles, memorabilia and apparel. Even if you’ve never been, it’s worth checking out.

🍝 Cristo’s — Pasta, burgers, wings and plenty of other choices. Always a solid Downtown Sanford stop.

🍤 Hot Asian Buns — Right on Sanford Avenue next to West End. Their rice bowl with tempura shrimp and spicy mayo is one of my favorites.

🇩🇪 Hollerbach’s — A true Sanford staple that has been part of downtown for years. Great German food, a fun atmosphere and outdoor dining if you want to take advantage of a beautiful day like today.

And those are only a handful of places I personally enjoy. There are WAY too many great restaurants and businesses downtown to fit into one post.

Grab a coffee. Browse a bookstore. Hunt for something interesting in one of the antique shops. Check out the boutiques and small businesses. Have lunch somewhere you’ve never tried before. Walk around and see what you discover.
