Meet HIGHER WAKE — the newest spin on our flagship One Ski IPA.

🌊 Higher Wake | 6.5% ABV
We took One Ski and cranked it up with terpenes of passionfruit, guava & King Louie XIII for a huge wave of tropical, dank, aromatic goodness.

Oysters. Cold beer. Tropical drinks. Hawaiian food. Live music. Fire dancers.

Oyster Fest is back at Pontoon Brewing on Saturday, September 12th, and we’re going bigger for year three.

We’re bringing in fresh oysters from the Georgia & South Carolina coasts, dropping new Pontoon beers, firing up the tropical slushies and filling the taproom with live music, Polynesian entertainment, local makers and some seriously good food.

FREE ENTRY • FAMILY FRIENDLY • DOGS WELCOME

🦪 THE OYSTERS

We’re stoked to have Chef Jasmine Norton, owner & Executive Chef of The Urban Oyster in Baltimore, joining us this year.

RAW — Fresh, cold and briny. Shucked and ready.

CHARGRILLED — Two options:
🔥 Cheese Louise — Mozzarella, Parmesan & lemon garlic
🌋 Volcano — Chili garlic oil

🍕 GHOST PIZZA
Not an oyster person? We won’t hold it against you. Ghost Pizza is back slinging their Neapolitan-style pizzas.

🌺 HAPA KITCHEN
Atlanta’s Hawaiian fusion favorite is rolling up — and they’re bringing a special Lobster Bao Bun for Oyster Fest.

🔥 MAHEALANI’S POLYNESIAN ENTERTAINMENT
Fire dancing, hula and live Polynesian entertainment starting at 4PM. Traditional dances from the polynesian islands, plus fire dancing!
