We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to jump into sales. This is a true starter role—no prior experience needed.

We want to be completely transparent:
This is a high-activity, hunting role driven by heavy cold calling. You will not be waiting for the phone to ring or managing passive inbound leads. Your primary focus will be generating new business from scratch.

On a daily basis, you will be expected to:
Execute Cold Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling—both over the phone and through face-to-face local B2B prospecting visits—to locate and qualify new sales leads.

Uncover Logistics Needs: Engage with business owners, controllers, and shipping managers on "fact-finding missions" to analyze their current shipping habits, weekly volumes, and pain points.

Gather Invoices for Audits: Persuade prospects to share their recent shipping invoices so our pricing analysts can build custom, side-by-side cost-comparison proposals.

Set and Close Appointments: Move prospects through our structured sales cycle, setting up exploratory meetings to present our shipping technology (myUnishippers™) and discounted carrier pricing to win their exclusive business.
