Now at the North Sandwich Store is the first blocks of our “Clothbound” pasteurized Cheddar.

What’s the difference? This Cheddar was wrapped in lard dipped Butter Muslin and re pressed for a couple of days before being moved to age. During this process the cheese grows a natural rind which seals in moisture and allows for a more flavorful experience throughout. We then take the time to examine the large wheel every day and flip it so that all sides get an even growth.
After 8 months of careful attention we crack it open and peel away the muslin to reveal this creamier, sharper, and slightly nutty cheddar cheese for you!
A perfect addition to any charcuterie board with friends, family or a date night. Just be sure to lightly shave off the edges before digging in!

Need a little something new? Debut of our “Breakfast” Ice cream Sandwich! Homemade Waffles and our Maple ice cream in the middle. Also if you missed it, we have a new flavor! Peanut Butter Oreo. A peanut butter base with a generous portion of Oreos mixed in. We hope to see you!! Stay cool! 🍨

Hello Friends! We will be temporarily closed for the time being as we do some much needed spring cleaning and renovations. We will announce our reopening as soon as possible! You can still get our ice cream at E.M Heaths supermarket in Center Harbor, Farm To Table in West Ossipee, and Jo Jo’s Deli in Moultonborough. Thank you!
