We are beyond excited to announce the engagement of two of our long time employees, Cory and Madeline!
They have both been integral in the growth of the Pilot House since 2017, and continue to be a huge help throughout all three restaurants. The Pilot House truly would not be what it is today without the dedication and energy these two put into fostering the atmosphere, quality of our food and drinks, and establishing a strong community between our employees and our customers. We can’t emphasize how special it is to be apart of their journey together!
Madeline started at the Pilot House as a salad girl, and now is the general manager who makes the magic happen for all three restaurants. She orchestrates over 100 employees, accommodates schedules, always gets the best photos of our specials (even if it takes running around the restaurant to find someone with the newest iPhone), along with countless behind the scenes work to allow the restaurants to run so smoothly. Aside from her day to day manager obligations, she is always there when you are stressed, need advice, or a pep talk.
Cory is our one of a kind bartender and bar manager. He organizes and runs the monthly wine tastings at Bucatino and is the mastermind behind our famous specialty cocktails at all three restaurants. Cory is known for his distinct sense of humor, his harmless pranks, and the endless inside jokes he makes with his coworkers. He is the one who keeps the order in the chaos of Whiskey Princess nights, and makes sure everyone gets what they need.
We are forever grateful to have them on our team and wish them both many years of happiness together. Cheers to the best managers out there!🥂💌
