🍗 New month, new Mac. Meet the Backyard BBQ Mac — July's Mac of the Month at Bull Moose Bar & Grille.

We started with our beer cheese and cheddar mac, then layered in smoky BBQ seasoning. Tossed it with tender BBQ chicken and pulled rib meat. Baked the whole thing under a layer of extra cheddar until it bubbled golden. Finished it off with a drizzle of smokehouse aioli and fresh scallions.

It's the backyard cookout you didn't have to host. Available only through July — when July's over, so is this Mac.
