As of today, Beanstock Coffee is now being served at Beth's Bakery & Café in Sandwich! Just voted Silver award for bakeries in the Upper Cape by Cape Cod Life Magazine!!

Hope everyone is doing well! We miss you all!

We will be having a yard sale this Saturday, May 23rd from 8:30am-1:30pm at 1 Liberty Street, Sandwich.

Lots of random things: chairs, cake stands, baskets, containers, hand lawnmower, etc. Things from both the store and our house.

Feel free to stop by and see what we have or just come by and say hi!

We just wanted to say thanks to everyone once again for an amazing four years here at The Coffee Roost. We had a wonderful turn out yesterday at our last day. We truly appreciate all the love and support we have received! We'll try to keep you all updated on any future endeavors.

Saturday April 18th is our last day open for business. We'll be here 7am-3:30pm (possibly later). We will have a limited menu and could run out of things as we try to finish off most of our supplies and stock. So be sure to come by for a coffee and ice cream and maybe a pastry or two as we say farewell to the town's favorite local coffee shop!

Please share: Sagamore Bridge Lane Restrictions Begin Again Monday, April 13

• Travel lane restrictions on the Sagamore Bridge will resume on April 13 to complete the painting project. However, there will be NO LANE CLOSURES on the 18, 19 and 20th of April (Patriot's Day Weekend).
• Travel lanes may be reduced between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Lane restrictions for work on Sundays may also be necessary depending on weather conditions.
• One lane in each direction will be open at all times. All lanes will be open each night. Lane restrictions may extend through May 20, 2015.
• During the lane restrictions, no wide loads will be permitted to cross the span, and state and local police will be on duty to assist the motoring public. This bridge work is critical to maintaining the structural integrity of the bridge, which is a vital component to the transportation system of the Cape, the Islands and southeastern Massachusetts.

We will be closed on Sunday April 4th for Easter. So come in today and tomorrow from 7am-3:30pm and grab a coffee and maybe an Easter egg shaped Rice Krispie treat with rainbow sprinkles!

It is with great sorrow that we announce the closing of The Coffee Roost. We are both surprised and saddened at this turn of events and we never intended to leave the corner this way. We most certainly hope that the friendships we have made over the years will endure and we hope that you know how very much we appreciate the support we have had. The closing date will be in the middle of April, exact date TBD.

Great program for the kids! Be sure to check it out.

Cape Cod Canal Junior Ranger Program is from July 13-17 this year.

Registration beings May 1st and goes until June 1st (or until full). This program is for children ages 6 to 10. The first year attendee session is from 1 to 3:30 p.m., while second year attendee sessions go from 9 to 11:30 a.m. This program is offered free of charge.

Join the park rangers of the Cape Cod Canal for a week of education and fun! Learn about our canal’s history, what a park ranger does, and what lives and grows in your back yard through fun games and activities.

• On Tuesday March 24, travel lanes on the Bourne Bridge will be reduced between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
• One northbound travel lane will be closed for repairs followed by one southbound travel lane closed for repairs.
• One lane in each direction will be open at all times. Rain date is Wednesday March 25th.
