Alright folks… we’re not easing into this week. We’re coming in swinging. 🍔🔥

Introducing TWO new burger creations built to make a little noise… (Thank You for all the suggestions!)

THE WESTERN SMASH BURGER Double candied jalapeño smash patties, cheddar cheese, crispy fried onion stack, house-made apple slaw, BBQ, all tucked into a buttery toasted brioche bun.

Sweet. Smoky. Crunchy. Dangerous.

THE STEAKHOUSE OSCAR BURGER Our enRoll hand-pattied burger stacked with asparagus herb relish, lump crab meat, Swiss cheese, leaf lettuce, and Béarnaise sauce on a buttery toasted brioche bun.

Yes… crab. Yes… Béarnaise. Yes… on a burger. Because apparently we’ve lost our minds…🦀🤯

That gives y’all THREE burger options this week, because the infamous enRoll Burger isn’t going anywhere. 🤤

The highly requested BUFFALO CHICKEN ROLL is BACK! Grilled marinated chicken breast, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, house-made ranch, seasonings, and a little love rolled up and fried golden.

AND WING NIGHT RETURNS WEDNESDAY. 👏🏼 Grilled wings are back, and the special runs Wednesday until sellout — so come early to get your wing fix.

Perfect weather, live tunes, and y’all absolutely showed OUT. Thank you to everyone who rolled through — what a night.

We’ve got a running joke on the truck lately…

“We’ve become a burger truck.” 😂

Which is hilarious, because that was never the plan. But hey — when the burgers slap, the burgers slap. Walleye bites were flying, lobster rolls went GONZO, of course the egg rolls did their thing; We sold out at the end of the evening, and the burgers were right there in the fight.

That’s the beauty of our menu…there’s something for everybody.
