Well…apparently Mother Nature looked at the calendar, saw September, and said:

“Nah. Let’s make it feel like the surface of the sun instead.” 🥵☀️

As much as we absolutely HATE doing it, we’re going to keep the FOOD! light OFF today.

A hot day outside is one thing.

A hot day inside a metal food truck with a flat top, fryers, and enough cooking equipment to recreate the gates of hell? Slightly different situation. 😂🔥

Trust us — we’d MUCH rather be down there slingin’ burgers, rolls, fries, and questionable amounts of deliciousness.

But today, the heat wins. We gave it a shot yesterday and even yall said “Not today buddy! Too hot!”…

But…We’ll be ready to Roll tomorrow and the weekend that happens to be full of FOOTBALL, Endless Summer Music and Food Truck Fest, and all things delicious!

This one is straight-up dangerous.

Juicy blackened shrimp.
Seasoned cabbage + green onion.
Melty Pepper Jack.
Salty dill pickles.
Sweet, smoky grill-charred corn.

All packed into a crispy golden egg roll and served with a cool, tangy Creole Remoulade for dragging, dipping and absolutely destroying.

It’s spicy. Creamy. Crunchy. Smoky. A little tangy.

Basically everything a shrimp Po’ Boy should be…except we enRolled it.
