Dear Friends, Customers, and Community,

For almost 14 years, Roberto Italian Restaurant has proudly served the Sandston and Richmond community from our location at 5550 Williamsburg Road, right across from the airport.

This restaurant has never been just a business to us. It has been our family’s livelihood, a place where friendships were built, celebrations were shared, and where many of you became part of our extended family.

Many of our employees have worked with us for years, and together we have worked hard every day to create a welcoming place for everyone who walks through our doors.

Recently, we received sudden notice that we must vacate the property by the end of this month because the hotel next door is planned to be demolished.

What makes this situation especially difficult is that our restaurant is a separate building and has no safety or code issues. Despite that, we are now facing the possibility of losing the place we have built for nearly 14 years.

This doesn’t only affect our family — it also affects the families of the people who work with us and the many loyal customers who have supported us through the years.

All we are asking for is a fair chance and more time so we can relocate the restaurant or find a solution that allows us to continue serving this community we love.
