What an absolute honor it is for us to be Bonner County and Sandpoint's favorite dinner spot! Our staff works so hard to ensure every meal we serve is made with quality ingredients you can count on, and served with professional and caring service.

Fishing lines cast gently into glistening waters 🎣, with the soft pad of paws at her side 🐕‍🦺—her best friend and loyal companion, Major Payne, never misses an adventure. From winding forest paths 🌲 to sparkling creek banks 💧, he’s there for every shared discovery. Time spent outdoors lifts her spirit 🌞, while quiet moments with loved ones and animals 🐾💛 complete her happiest days.

There’s always a big grin on her face every shift— and says the best part of Hydra? The people—hands down! 🫶✨ She just all around loves the restaurant. Paieton can't help but smile being part of this lively, caring crew—proud to call Hydra her second home! 😄🏠
