Who says eating your greens has to be boring?

We’re switching things up this week with a dish that’s as satisfying as it is delicious!

Wild Alaskan salmon, sustainably caught by our local friends at Thunder’s Catch, topped with fresh dill and rich lemon dill butter.

But the salmon isn’t the only star of the show! We’re pairing it with a Mediterranean inspired quinoa salad loaded with crispy chickpeas, crunchy cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, tomatoes, and feta. A drizzle of our housemade honey lemon vinaigrette ties it all together.

It’s the kind of meal that leaves you feeling good AND planning your next visit.

This week we’re bringing you the ultimate comfort food with our Creamy Chicken Alfredo!

Tender pappardelle pasta tossed in our rich, house-made Alfredo sauce, topped with juicy grilled chicken, finished with Parmesan cheese and served with warm, toasted garlic bread.

Creamy, cheesy, buttery, and absolutely worth getting caught with your mouth full!
