💗 Eleven years ago, I heard the words “you have breast cancer.” Today I call myself a conqueror, and this October I want to give back to the women walking that same road.
The District is proud to partner with Send Me On Vacation, a 100% volunteer 501(c)(3) that sends breast cancer conquerors on restful, restorative vacations. Together, we’re sending one deserving local woman on a 7-day vacation to Napa 🍷, and every extra dollar goes straight to the organization so they can send even more women on the trips they deserve.
We also hope this campaign reminds every one of you to schedule your screening and take care of yourself. 💕
