And we finished Labor Day weekend just as strong as we started it! Got some cabinets inside, got the sink inside, and built some frames for countertops. Next up is painting, staining, and counters!! I hope everyone had a fun and safe weekend 😊🐮

Started Labor Day weekend off strong! Mom and I installed the floors and picked up a three-basin sink to install next!! In previous weeks the walls and ceiling went up, the exterior got a good scrub, and some fresh paint was applied :)

This is what goes into a Samoa Latte!

1. Drizzle your cup with chocolate and caramel
2. Add ice
3. Add milk of your choice
4. (Not pictured, pull espresso shots and add caramel & chocolate)
5. Add your flavored espresso to the cup and stir
6. Add coconut cold foam
7. Enjoy your latte!

Good morning!

I thought I’d introduce our newest babies😊 H***y Tonky (black and white), Garth (brown), and Garfunkel (brown and white). These boys are as sweet as can be❤️

While I have you, is there any interest in sourdough bread or bagels? All ingredients are organic and the honey used for sweetening is local. I have some starter active right now and I’m just curious if I should keep it working or let it go back to the fridge.

I dunno about you but rainy days and chilly mornings always make me crave something cozy and this cowboy coffee cake hits the spot every time!

I’ve been making this recipe since I was a kid so trust me when I say I’ve got it down pat. It’s perfectly soft and moist, with enough spice to be comforting but not enough to deter a picky eater. It’s amazing by itself or with a cup of coffee as its name suggests.

While this will definitely be a fresh staple for my trailer when it’s ready, I wanted to bring it to you sooner! So if you’re ever in need of cozy in sweet food form, let me whip you up a pan!

Thank you so much for your support and willingness to be my guinea pigs!!

I have filled more macaron orders in the last couple days than I anticipated doing in a couple weeks and I’m still working on more!

I’ve made close to 7 dozen so far with unfilled orders requiring me to make an additional 23. The first 7 were very informative for me and I’m excited to keep learning so I can offer the perfect macarons every single time!

Hey everyone!

I’d love to start selling macarons (notoriously very tricky cookies to make) but I need some practice first😅

I’ve decided to offer them at supplies cost only so they’ll be super cheap. Because they’re practice, however, they might not all be the prettiest but they will all be tasty!

So if you’re interested in some shoot me a message! I can’t wait to hear all the neat color and flavor combos you guys can come up with :) I’ll do my best to bring any of your ideas to life!

I believe it’s golfing season and while I know not a thing about golf, I do know a thing or two about Arnold Palmers. Before I sat down to write a quick update for everyone I put together a raspberry one to enjoy!

It has been yet another long minute since I’ve made a post but in that time I’ve been plenty busy! The baked goods boxes went out smoothly and received many praises, a huge thanks to everyone who purchased! I’ve included some pictures of the beautiful sugar cookies I made and the pretty shortbread sticks. I also received some “help” from my dear friend Tommy😂

Since then I’ve filled a couple more custom orders and I’ve been helping Dad work on the trailer (whenever I’m of more use than not). My next step there is to start getting some paint to bring some life back to the exterior!

I’ve decided on brands for coffee beans and coffee syrups so I can finish fine-tuning my recipes, the grinder I purchased in February has been phenomenal!

Everything finally feels like it’s starting to come together and I’m so excited to see my dream coming true :) Thank you to everyone who has and continues to believe in me and stand by my side💕🐮
