At certain parts of our lives, we come to a crossroads.
Sometimes we start something in one chapter of our lives and we can carry it into another, often times you can, other times you can’t.
It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share with you all that I’ve decided to step away from MK and close immediately; for mine and my families sake. This decision doesn’t come without many conversations, tears, what-ifs, and countless memories; some fantastic and others pretty sad.
I’d like to thank first and foremost, my family. Without all of your love & support, emotionally, physically or financially, I wouldn’t have been able to live out the dream I’ve had my entire life.
Next I’d like to give endless thanks to my staff! You two gave it your all and for that I couldn’t be more thankful or proud. I love you both.
I’d also like to thank the folks with whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with over the years.
Lastly, but certainly not least, all of you. Without the folks MK sees each week, month, or year we couldn’t have pushed as long as we did. Some of you have watched Emmett grow up and quite frankly, myself as well. I’ve had the pleasure to watch your kids grow, thank you all from the depths of my heart for your unwavering support. I don’t take these things for granted.
I’m nervous, scared, and excited for the future and urge everyone that sees this to keep pushing. Push for yourself, push for your kids, and push for your dreams. I’ve always preached to do hard s**t and now it’s my turn!
