This is a dish that was very popular and a bit tedious to make as well.. it’s why I’ve never made it for yall before. BUT! If you ask nicely I will. This is called Pollo Francese! It’s a flour-dredged, egg-dipped, sautéed chicken cutlet with a lemon -butter white wine sauce on Spaghetti! It’s the most tender fork cutting chicken with a delicious lemon sauce!! This and Chicken Aristocrat were very popular dishes! I’ll go over the Aristocrat later! 😉
