Fettuccine con Capesante - House made fettuccine pasta, with scallops, cherry tomatoes, garlic white wine, crab
meat, saffron and arugula
Risotto con Prosciutto - Imported carnaroli rice prosciutto di parma, roasted organic chantarelle mushrooms,
butter nut squash pure, arugula and parmesan cheese
Ippoglosso al Forno - Cranberry honey glazed California halibut, with roasted fennel, served with grilled
asparagus and scalloped potatoes
Maiale al Forno - Pan seared center cut pork chops with roasted mixed mushrooms, marsala wine sauce
