Note to Our Guests

Since announcing the closing of Senfuku, we have been incredibly touched by the overwhelming amount of love and support from our community. So many of you have come to visit us, share memories, and enjoy one more meal with us, and we are truly grateful.

Due to the increased number of guests, we are currently fully booked and can only guarantee seating for those with an existing reservation.

Guests without reservations are welcome to join our waitlist, and we will do our very best to accommodate you as tables become available. Please understand that seating cannot be guaranteed and wait times may be longer than usual.

We also kindly ask for your patience with food preparation and service during this very busy time. In particular, sushi orders may take longer than usual, as Yoshi and Dean are the only two preparing sushi. Every order is still being made with the same care and attention you have come to expect from us.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding as we make our way through these final weeks together. Your support means more to our family and the entire Senfuku family than we can put into words. ❤️

Farewell from Our Hearts to Senfuku and San Pedro ❤️

After 45 wonderful years, we find ourselves at a moment we never thought would come — saying goodbye to Senfuku Restaurant and to the community that has been such a meaningful part of our lives.

For 45 years, Senfuku was so much more than a Japanese sushi restaurant. It was our second home. It was where we spent our days, celebrated special moments, made lifelong friendships, and watched so many of you become part of our family.

We remember the customers who first walked through our doors decades ago and continued coming back through the years. We watched your children grow up, welcomed your grandchildren, and shared in so many of your family milestones. Seeing your familiar faces walk through our doors always meant more to us than you probably realized.

And there are many familiar faces we miss dearly. ❤️ To all of our longtime customers who are no longer with us, thank you for the memories you left behind. We remember the conversations, the laughter, the stories, and the countless meals we shared. You will always be a part of Senfuku and a part of our hearts.

There were many long days, sacrifices, challenges, and moments of exhaustion over these 45 years. But when we look back, we don’t remember the hard work as much as we remember the people — and that is what makes this goodbye so difficult.

To our family, our employees, our friends, and every customer who supported us, encouraged us, and kept coming back year after year — thank you. You helped make Senfuku what it became.

We may be closing this chapter, but we aren’t closing the memories. We will carry them with us for the rest of our lives.

45 years of Senfuku. 45 years of friendships, families, laughter, love, and memories.

We are incredibly grateful that we had the opportunity to serve you, know you, and be a small part of your lives.
