COOK with JASON offers cooking classes, demonstrations and a unique Farmer's Market Foodventure in Solana Beach and Encinitas, California. On Sundays, the Farmer's Market Foodventure includes a tour of the Solana Beach Farmer's Market gathering ingredients, olive oil tasting from the experts at Temecula Olive Oil Company, wine tasting at the award winning Carruth Cellars or a craft brewery tour an

d tasting at Culture Brewing Co., followed by a hands-on cooking class and dinner at the Center for a Healthy Lifestyle. On Wednesdays, cooking demonstrations and classes are conducted at the Encinitas Center for a Healthy Lifestyle. Each week menus are customized based on seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce, seafood and meats. Classes are limited to 10 - 20 people.
