For Chef James, great food has always been about bringing people together.

Inspired by his mother’s Southern and Midwestern cooking, James turned that early love of food into a culinary career spanning California and Hawaii, from restaurant and resort kitchens to large-scale catering and events.

In 2014, he brought that experience together to launch Red Tail Catering with one goal: exceptional food paired with seamless service.
