UPDATE!!!
The shopping center where we were located got sold, and the new owner Mark Hoekstra from
www.intersectioncre.com https://www.facebook.com/IntersectionCRE/
He has decided that our kitchen is valuable window space, and we need to tear out all the walls and glass them in so it would make the building more valuable. In there eyes it was a good idea to evict a tenant that has been there for 42 years, was the anchor tenant in the building, and was paid a month in advance on the rent, and spend probably 300,000 to 500,000 in upgrades, to have the building sit empty for years while they try to find a new tenant that will pay .75 a foot more that the building 2 doors down the street, and that building has been vacant for over 2 years.
We did our best to try to reason with him, and even agree to pay the higher rent, but he is determined to have his vision of glass. If we were on the beach, or maybe Beverly Dr, I would understand, but a nicer view of the 99 cent store makes no sense to me.
So we are looking for a place to relocate to, we have everything in storage at this time, and we are looking for investors, or partners who would like to be involved in relocating Rossi's and making it bigger and better than ever with the needed upgrades. you can contact me at the old number, or here, or direct email [email protected] if you have any questions. We will make an announcement here and on website and old phone number as soon as we find a new location. Thank you all for your years of patronage and loyalty, and lets hope we can reopen soon
