I wanted to drop by and quickly write a review for Southern Touch Catering which we booked for our rehearsal dinner in Helotes/San Antonio, Texas. Mandi Morin and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, Mandi was responsive, easy to communicate with, and worked with us to create a menu that was both delicious and affordable. As we were doing the rehearsal dinner at our AirBnB and it was a little more low key, we opted to do a fajita bar and 2 types of margarita (the pomegranate one was delicious!) and a watermelon aqua fresca.
The food was so good! My guests were all saying how delicious everything was and Mandi even hand made the tortillas and chips. She even went the extra mile to make quesadillas for the kids. And don’t even get me started on the desserts—churros and empanadas that were the perfect sweet ending to the meal!
Southern Touch Catering knocked it out of the park in every way. If you’re looking for amazing food and top-notch service for your event, I can’t recommend them enough. I only wish that we had booked them for our wedding too as the food truck we had booked low key was the complete opposite of the experience we had with Mandi & her team.
