Starting In August we will be kicking off Zydeco Jeaux's catering and pre-orderedfamily meals, along with Zydeco Jeaux's seasonings, Zydeco Jeaux's wholesaling... of all our Zydeco dishes.

I would like to take this time to thank our founder Christopher Clark who is a veteran, your idea to bring real cajun food to the San Marcos area has been a blessing.

We would also like to take this time to thank ALL our military men and women, those serving and those retired for putting g your life's on the line for our freedom.

Hey Gator Nation!
As many of you know we are small family operated business. This week we are little limited on personal due to medical circumstances. Having said this we will only be open this week on Friday and Saturday. So sorry for this inconvenience, hurts us as well. Next week we should resume normal hours. We deeply appreciate your time with US and your patience. Hope to see you this Friday and Saturday, we will special on crawfish boils! It will be a good one. I PROMISE!!

We would like to thank each and everyone of our gator nation family that reached out to us yesterday.
As most have come to know my beautiful wife Jennifer, who loves to talk to everyone and keep a smile on her face was hurt yesterday.

She took a wrong step and fell and snapped her ankle and reinjured her already torn hip.
Good news Dr said no broken bones but until the swelling in her leg goes down we don't know what other damage has been to to everything else.

We may have to make a few adjustments but she is TÊTE DURE (hard headed) and wants to be back at our kitchen to see everyone.

So come out and say Hi 👋🏻. It will definitely make her day.
