This week we're saying goodbye to our amazing HR Manager, Gia, as she begins an exciting new chapter in San Francisco.

For the past eight years, Gia has been so much more than a leader: she's been a mentor, a friend, a steady source of support, and the heart behind so many of the people who make our restaurants feel like home.

While we're heartbroken to see her go, we're so excited for everything that lies ahead. Thank you, Gia, for eight unforgettable years! We'll miss you dearly, and we're cheering you on every step of the way.
