A torta ahogada (drowned sándwich) is a typical and original dish from Guadalajara, Jalisco which is a neighbor city of our home town Tepatitlan.

Our torta ahogada is made with a crispy bread roll filled with pork carnitas. Dipped in our delicious red chili sauce and served with lime pickled onions. If you haven’t tried it yet come over to try it! ☺️

Our current hours are 10:30am to 7:30pm Monday- Saturday.

Today was our first day and we are grateful for everyone that came down to support us!

FYI: At the moment we are only accepting cash but will soon be accepting card payments.
