Meet the Chef

Manny Velasco has worked for over 18 years in the restaurant industry, with companies such as marrie calendars, Carmelitas, Amorelia and most recently executive chef of Savanah's chop house in Laguna Niguel

winner of multiple foodie awards with both Savanah's and Amorelia. I have been blessed to work with very good people and have learned a lot from everyone! thanks to all of them I can finally share my passion with the world..
