On the Flipside Our Burger Bar originated with the premise that our customers deserve something customizable, fresh, and made with a high level of integrity.

Located in Downtown San Jose in the new and upcoming SOFA District, we are 'On The Flipside'. We're serving up some of the best burgers, fries, salads, and shakes on the block. We opened wanting to do something with a timeless classic such as our burgers, all while adding our own little flairs and twists. We strive on creativity and innovation so our menu is always ever-changing.
