👋 Meet Alex!
As General Manager at Orchard City Kitchen, Alex brings energy, leadership, and a genuine love for hospitality to every shift. What he loves most about being here is that it never really feels like work. It is a unique, fast paced environment where he is always happy to walk through the door and be part of the team.

Originally from New Jersey, Alex made the cross country drive to California on his own in November 2023, turning it into an unforgettable journey. He made stops through Nashville, Dallas, and the Grand Canyon, even catching a few NFL game along the way. By 2025, he stepped into his role as GM, continuing to grow with the restaurant.

Outside of work, his perfect day off is all about slowing down. Sleeping in, spending the entire day on the couch during football season with RedZone on, grilling steaks, and ending the night with a Trader Joe’s cookies and cream ice cream sandwich.

His current favorite on the menu is the burrata, and if it is his call, every guest should try the Billionaire Bite with caviar, trout roe, and hashbrown at least once. His go to comfort food is pizza from Slice of New York in San Jose. Behind the bar, he keeps it simple with Jameson or our Party Boy Old Fashioned.

What makes this place special to Alex is the people. He describes the team as a big family, full of personality, always having fun, and creating an environment that keeps both staff and guests coming back.

We are proud to have Alex leading the team at Orchard City Kitchen. His passion and presence set the tone every day. Next time you are in, be sure to say hi!
