Our dedicated baristas work hard alongside their job coaches to provide excellent service to the Board Members of Evergreen Valley College during their meeting.

We are proud to celebrate neurodiversity in the workplace and the many strengths, talents, and perspectives that neurodivergent individuals bring to their jobs and communities. Through meaningful employment, our baristas are building valuable workplace skills, gaining confidence, and showing that with the right support and opportunities, everyone can thrive.

Yesterday, May 31, 2026, our founder, Tony Lam, hosted his school board campaign event at one of a restaurant. The event was made even more special by the incredible team from Andy’s Cafe, who prepared and served drinks for attendees.

Tony is passionate about creating opportunities for adults on the autism spectrum and believes that, when given the chance, they can showcase their talents, dedication, and strong work ethic.

Events like this highlight the value of inclusion and the positive impact that meaningful employment opportunities can have on individuals and the community.

Yesterday, Andy’s Cafe proudly catered beverages for a meeting at the PwC Office. The team arrived early and had a wide variety of drinks ready before employees began to arrive, demonstrating the dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic that neurodivergent adults bring to the workplace.

Yesterday, on Sunday 5/17/26, Andy's Cafe catered at the Neurodiversity Event at the Goodwill of Silicon Valley Headquarters, hosted by The Rotary Club of San Jose, where our employees got to meet Andy himself, who founder Tony Lam named the cafe after. We also got to see so many different artwork created by many neurodivergent individuals.
