We revamped our Cubano, and every change has a purpose.

We’re now shredding our pork instead of slicing it so you get more of that rich, citrusy mojo flavor in every bite. We’ve added our own house-blend mustard for a new layer of flavor and switched to a telera roll, a bread closer to the traditional Cuban sandwich style.

Then we load it up with sliced ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles before pressing it down on the grill until the bread develops that golden, crispy crust and everything inside melts together.

Shredded mojo pork. Sliced ham. House-blend mustard. Pickles. Swiss cheese. Pressed to perfection.
