La Lune Sucrée (The Sweet Moon) provides fine European pastries created in true French and German traditions, La Lune Sucrée offers light, flakey, low-sugar pastries and other baked goods that are found nowhere else outside of corner cafés in Europe! Even though pastries, cakes and tarts are our passion, we also serve genuine French crepes, both sweet and savory, plus a line of liqueur-based crepes found nowhere else in San Jose! In addition, we offer gourmet sandwiches on fresh-baked French country baguettes or flakey butter croissants, German Quiches (with vegetarian and GF options), a soup and salad du jour, as well as cappuccinos, espressos and European hot cocoa, all in a quaint bistro setting! We also offer a small, hand-picked selection of French, German, Austrian and Belgium wines and beers to enjoy for lunch or a light dinner in our sidewalk café on the famous Paseo de San Antonio walkway!
