Sauce or gravy? 🍅 Now there’s a conversation that can get an Italian family talking.
The answer often depends on where you grew up, what your family called it, and what’s been simmering on the stove all afternoon.

Look closely at the Vito's menu and you will find the Pasta Marinara described as a plate of pasta in our homemade "gravy." The quotation marks are doing real work there.
