Over the past two years, we’ve been running the Chick-fil-A California Food Truck Pilot program—a test to see how a mobile Chick-fil-A experience could serve different communities, events, and partner locations outside of our restaurant.

Our pilot program has come to an end, and the Food Truck operations have ceased. We are grateful for your support and the experiences we shared. The best part has been meeting you and serving your communities! We wish you the best in 2026 and beyond. ❤️

We apologize for the change in plans but the truck requires some unexpected repairs that forced us to cancel Friday and Saturday in Watsonville and Capitola. We will update our plans for Merced next week.
