We are proud to support the Happy Hollow Park & Zoo!

100% of proceeds from their Gorilla Honey go towards protecting the mountain gorillas in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Our Gorilla Honey Dessert this week will be a lemon ricotta torte, sweetened with Gorilla Honey and drizzled with a Jack Daniels crème anglaise. It will be on the menu today through Sunday so stop by La Pastaia Kitchen + Bar for a sweet treat and a great cause!
