Happy New Year to all of our Ludwig’s Family,
We have been looking for the right words for some time, but maybe it just has to be said as it is: We have made the decision to close our doors for the final time.
The decision was not an easy one, it was certainly one of the hardest decisions to close the doors at Ludwig's German Table after 7 years of taking care of you all.
Over the last year we have been working hard to get Ludwig’s San Jose back to where it was pre pandemic. Unfortunately the world is a different place now and the vision we had for the San Jose location is becoming harder and harder to maintain.
Thank you all for 7 great years, from the fun of Oktoberfest to the Christmas cheer of our holiday markets, your loyalty, enthusiasm and love for the business. Thank you for making our dreams come to life. Maybe everything would have turned out differently without the effects of the pandemic but we will never know.
We wish you all the best and thank you to everyone who has worked with us since we opened. The Mountain View location is growing day by day and we are excited for 2023.
