We weren’t quite ready to say goodbye to our Pride Coffeecake, and after everything that’s happened this past week, it didn’t feel right to take it off the menu just yet.

So it’s staying on weekends 💕

One of our guests recently left us this note.

We know not everyone will agree with every decision we make, and that’s okay. While we’re always sad to lose a guest, we also believe it’s important to share what Hobee’s stands for.

For over 50 years, Hobee’s has been about bringing people together. Our Pride Coffeecake wasn’t about politics—it was about celebrating our LGBTQIA+ friends, family, employees, and guests and letting them know they belong here.

To everyone who stopped by for a slice, shared a kind word, or supported us throughout Pride Month, thank you. Your kindness and love far outweighed the negativity, and we’re grateful to be part of such an incredible community.
