We had a special guest at last night’s TACOMAKASE service as our very own stopped by to help serve and guide guests through the taco tasting menu. Reservations are open for September 30th’s special vegetarian TACOMAKASE as we kick off Vegetarian Awareness Month in October.

Tacomakse = "taco omakase," an idea inspired by the Japanese
tradition of omakase (which means, "I put myself in your hands") but brought to the world of Mexican cuisine: a taco tasting menu in which the chef designs a sequence of unique tacos, each with its own story to tell.
