🚨California Arbequina Olive Oil with Salted Caramel Swirl🚨

A delicate taste of olive oil gelato pairs very nicely with salted caramel. There are flavors that pair well in my head, but there’s no certainty that it will until its ex*****on 😄. Based on customers’ tasting reaction, this pairing is definitely a WIN 🙌

After doing much research on olive oils, I decided to try La Panza Olive Oil, based in Santa Margarita. Let’s say I finally have an ingredient that surpasses the cost of the amount of durian I use in a batch 😄😬😭

Lunar New Year special, Salted Egg Yolk with Bolo Crust Topping, has become a hit (including a whole pan being reserved for a wedding in May😳—it will keep fine BTW with proper freezing). Now we’re down to 1 pan, and might run out before actual Lunar New Year 😬

A dear customer that have been a regular for quite sometime asked if we would do a Kaya Jam flavor?🤗What do you think? Kaya Jam Swirl with Bolo Crust Topping? 🤔👀

It would be another fun way to use our house-made Pandan Kaya Jam. We’ve found it stores in the freezer beautifully and can be stored in the fridge once defrosted for 2 weeks 😊
