Now we have Hiro Style Ramen

Jiro Style ramen is well known for large portions with a lot of vegetables(Cabbage & Bean Sprout) and chunks of pork meats. Thick and chewy noodles in shout based tonkotsu broth with Se A Bu Ra(pork back fat) and garlic to create strong distinctive flavors.
The original "Ramen Jiro" opened in Tokyo in 2968, and it counts more than 30 official "Ramen Jiro" locations all over Japan. Besides, there are so many Jiro "Inspired" Ramen s and the style of Ramen s are categorized and called "Jiro Style" or "Inspired" Ramen.
