Stracciatella has always been one of our staple flavors; it is made using fresh Jersey milk from Double 8 dairy in Petaluma to create the pure Fior di Latte gelato (not vanilla!), which also serves as the base for all of our other dairy flavors. We then add melted hot Belgian dark chocolate throughout the batch, which naturally hardens into fine chocolate chips, complementing the creamy Fior di Latte. We always have this available on Fillmore as well as our to-go/delivery cloud kitchen locations in SoMa and Berkeley!
