Greek Easter Picnic Coyote Point, San Mateo - Sunday April 12, 2026. I have received many calls about tables and hoping this info helps. Although all 32 of the 32 tables are taken, there is ample room in the "reservable area" for those who want to bring their own tables and chairs. This area has been paid for and everyone is welcome to join. Also, there are plenty of tables nearby that are not reservable, and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Here is a google map link to the county
park: https://maps.app.goo.gl/XHoquutaBgzJ6MN88

Remember, the only cost is the county park entry fee at the main vehicle gate. Coyote Point offers scenic picnic areas, embraced by large Eucalyptus trees. The site has parking, bathrooms, BBQ pits for lamb roasting and provides electrical power. There are also volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and scenic views of the yachts and bay trails for nice walks.

Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral in San Francisco, is pleased to host the Lazarus Saturday Family Retreat, a joyous celebration of fun, food, and faith.

Our Elpida Program and SF GOYA Teens have planned a fun-filled day, including palm crossing, koulourakia, egg decorating, Lenten food and snacks, and more.

We are especially honored to welcome our guest speaker (via zoom) Philip Mamalakis, Associate Professor of Pastoral Care at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology. He will be speaking on “Parenting and the Journey to Pascha,” exploring how we can help our children engage their faith more deeply in light of the Resurrection.

We extend an invitation to ALL Bay Area Communities to join us with their Families and Friends as we prepare for Holy Week. Please mark your calendars and share this announcement.
