Dear world. I have some terribly sad news to share. AL’s Place will be closing, with Sunday 8.28 as our last day. I would like to give a heartfelt shout out to our amazing staff, both past and present. Without them AL’s Place would just be Aaron running in a circle really really fast, smelling like fermenting French fries and dreams of the future, making up silly names for dishes. A huge thanks to all of the guests who have supported us over the years and allowed us to create memorable dining experiences in this funky little restaurant.
It has been an amazing 7.5 years here on the corner of 26th and Valencia. So many happy memories and sad ones. Delicious food and warm hospitality. Passion and love. I miss y’all already.
