❗DO NOT BUY COFFEE BEANS IN SUPERMARKETS❗
Buying coffee beans at supermarkets is the worse thing you can do for your cup of coffee.
Coffee beans considered "fresh" is they were roasted no more than 2 weeks ago.
Coffee beans that you can see in supermarkets can be stored for years before people buy it!
Quality of beans is different: coffee shops select only good quality beans and control each roasting process.
Mass market coffee brands roast giant amount of beans. It is not possible to control quality, and often you can find damaged beans that affect the taste of your cup of coffee.
Do not waste your mornings and money for a bad coffee.
We are proud to sell coffee that we drink at our coffee shop and at home.

MOKA POT MISTAKES
1. Cleaning the pot with dish soap.
You should never ever clean you moka pot using dish soap.
Slightly oily texture inside of moka pot in normal and right.
Coffee beans oil cover walls of moka pot and protect it from damaging and protect your coffee from metallic taste.
2. Too fine grinding.
Too fine grinding can clog up your filter and coffee with no go through it.
3. Using cold water.
Using pre-heated water reduces the amount of time it takes to brew the coffee and keeps the hot moka pot from getting so hot that it “cooks” the grounds before the brewing begins. Cooked grounds taste metallic and bitter. Gross.
4. Leaving to boil for too long.
Over extraction (brewing too much) will give you a bitter taste of coffee.
5. Tamp The Coffee Grounds
Moka pots, however, aren’t so durable. Even with a release valve, too much pressure could cause the pot to explode, which can lead to injuries from hot water or flying pieces. And the 1-2 bars of pressure moka pots create isn’t enough pressure to force water through the finely ground coffee if it’s packed tight.
What moka pot experience you can share?

HOW TO USE MOKA POT
1. Grind the beans: use a medium-fine grind (not the powdery grind used for true espresso)
You’ll want to grind just enough coffee to fill your pot’s filter basket (2-3 tbsp for 4 cup moka pot).
2. Add water: Pour cold water into the base of the pot, filling just to the indicator line.
3. Insert the filter: Place the filter basket in the base of the pot.
4. Add coffee: Spoon ground coffee into the basket until just past full, then level it off with your finger without pressing the grounds down. Brush away any loose grounds from the filter and brewer.
4. Screw pot onto the base. Screw the pot onto its base. Be careful to keep everything upright, and don’t twist too tightly.
5. Heat the pot: Put the pot (with the top flipped open) on the heat source over moderate heat. If you’re using a gas stove or burner, be sure to keep the pot’s handle away from the heat.
6. Keep an eye on brewing: Watch ofr signs of coffee—brewing will start with a puffing sound and spurt of liquid.
Once the brewing stream is steady, close the lid and remove the pot from the heat source. Be sure to use pot holders; a Moka pot’s handle tends to stay hot for quite some time.

MOKA POT
The moka pot is a stove-top or electric coffee maker that brews coffee by passing boiling water pressurized by steam through ground coffee. Named after the Yemeni city of Mocha, it was invented by an Italian engineer named Alfonso Bialetti in 1933 and quickly became one of the staples of Italian culture. Bialetti Industries continues to produce the same model under the name "Moka Express".
Moka pots are used over a flame or electric range and are traditionally made of aluminium, though they are sometimes made out of stainless steel or other alloys.
The flavor of moka pot coffee depends greatly on bean variety, roast level, fineness of grind, water profile, and the level of heat used.

Moka pots are sometimes referred to as stove-top espresso makers and produce coffee with an extraction ratio similar to (but somewhat higher than) that of a conventional espresso machine.

ESPRESSO. Part-2
The Italian coffee culture created in the ‘40s remains fairly consistent to this day, despite increasing levels of globalisation. Italians go to their local café, order an espresso (refusing to pay a high price for it), and then head to their next appointment.
For many of us, drinking espresso means tasting excellent coffees with a complex flavour profile, often unobscured by milk or sugar. But for a lot of Italians, it may conjure up fond memories sitting on the small neighbourhood piazza, sipping a cafe latte on a hazy afternoon in southern Italy. Or walking into a neighbourhood bar, grabbing an adrenaline-pumping, robusta-lined shot before heading to work on a cool morning in central Milano.
That sense of place, of localness, is an important part of the Italian espresso.
