This February, we’re honoring Black History Month with one of our most intentional flavors yet: AFRO-D.Z.AC.

Did you know the “Father of American Ice Cream,” Augustus Jackson, was a Black entrepreneur and chef who pioneered the eggless Philadelphia-style base? To honor his legacy, we’ve crafted this flavor using that very same method—made from scratch, right here in our shop.
We’ve layered in the colors of Black unity and Liberation—Red, Black, and Green—using ingredients that are also nature’s most famous aphrodisiacs: 🍓 Red: Fresh, sweet strawberries. 🍫 Black: Our rich, house-made chocolate fudge. 🟢 Green: Crunchy, roasted pistachios.
It’s a celebration of unity, history, and love in every scoop.

This February, we’re bringing the romance of Paris to San Francisco. Bringing back the famed La Vie en Rose 🌹✨
White chocolate ice cream with balanced, delicate rose essence and real dried rose petals. It’s elegant, floral, and unapologetically dreamy.

Whether you’re celebrating with a partner, your bestie, or treating yourself to a solo date, this flavor is a love letter to your tastebuds.

If you’ve never had real Dulce de leche, buckle up. This isn’t “sauce”, this isn’t “topping”, this is Argentina’s gift to humanity. 🇦🇷

We slow cook our condensed milk for 5 hours until it transforms into the impossibly creamy, liquid gold that is Dulce de leche. The result? Butterscotch and Caramel had a baby… in Buenos Aires.

We blend it with our simple ice cream base from scratch, and voilá…. The new standard for dulce de leche in your life.
